Description

You will support the wealth management client onboarding process, including account opening, stock plan activation, and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Review paper and electronic applications to ensure they are in good order.
• Process applications manually with speed and accuracy to maintain service levels.
• Handle exception and reconciliation reports and execute risk controls.
• Respond to operations and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with business lines to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience creating DocuSign forms.
• Strong data analytical skills for researching, scheduling, and analyzing findings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer service.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts.
