Description

You will act as a Documentation Business Systems Analyst, focusing on requirements elicitation and technical documentation within the BFSI domain.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, synthesize, and evaluate business requirements to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Create technical requirement artifacts including Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Business Rules, Data Catalogs, and User Interface Specifications.
• Develop data mapping and business process models using data flow diagrams and relationship data models.
• Lead integrated teams through various project activities and SDLC phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and Excel for data analysis and database management.
• Technical familiarity with .Net, Java, and Unix environments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with BFSI products and domain-specific workflows.
• Strong ability to produce clear technical documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Proven skills in verbal communication and interpersonal leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in formal documentation processes.
