Description

Design and implement DocuSign CLM solutions to automate enterprise contract management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect CLM solutions aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Develop and customize CLM workflows, templates, and configurations for sales, procurement, and NDA contracts.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with CRM, ERP, and document management platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Customize user interfaces, dashboards, and custom reports to track contract performance and metrics.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for CLM users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a developer or administrator implementing DocuSign CLM for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, templates, roles, permissions, and automation rules within DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with DocuSign API and RESTful web services.
• Hands-on experience integrating with CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms and document management systems.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system configurations independently.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
