Description

You will manage the DocuSign platform, providing real-time support and handling administrative configurations during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the GUTS queue by processing, assigning, and escalating user requests and technical bugs.
  • Configure new demo and production accounts, including user group setup and access permissions.
  • Design and deploy templates, Power Forms, and signing groups to meet specific business use cases.
  • Support API integrations by enabling accounts in the Connect API Listener App to capture metadata and signed documents.
  • Evaluate new use cases through stakeholder meetings to scope requirements and provide platform training.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise systems.
  • Direct experience with DocuSign administration and platform configuration.
  • Proven ability to operate within high-volume, centralized ticketing queues.
  • Experience with business process management and process improvement.
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting API and integration-related queries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and feature launch communications.
  • Ability to manage custody transfer roles and user onboarding requirements.
  • Experience with QES, Notary, and DocuGen.
