Description

Manage user acceptance testing and functional verification for the PAVRMS application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional and end-to-end workflow testing within UAT/Staging environments.
• Identify, document, and report application defects via JIRA.
• Collaborate with program SMEs to verify application functionality against business needs and functional design.
• Monitor defect fixes, conduct retesting, and support verification testing in Production.
• Provide post-implementation end-user support and troubleshoot reported issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing.
• 3+ years of experience in Workflow Testing.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Testing.
• 3+ years of experience using MS Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience working within UAT/Staging environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work with SMEs to troubleshoot and resolve system behavior issues.
