Apply subject matter expertise in Mining and Metals to drive technical and business initiatives, focusing on functional design and shop floor applications.

Responsibilities

• Build functional design documents for shop floor applications.
• Analyze metal domain dynamics, production drivers, and market trends.
• Execute initiatives leveraging deep knowledge of production processes and industry opportunities.
• Integrate business functionality requirements with customer operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Mining and Metals domain.
• Deep understanding of production processes: primary melting, refining (alloying), hot and cold rolling (long or flat), and heat treatment/finishing.
• Experience with MES/MOM and shop floor applications.
• Knowledge of L2 integration and ERP integration.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and functional designs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
