You will provide strategic guidance to business and technical teams across the automotive manufacturing lifecycle, translating operational challenges into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for operational optimization.
• Lead business analysis efforts including requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deploy manufacturing-centric solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of domain-specific consulting experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Deep expertise in the automotive value chain and product development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory landscapes including EPA, NHTSA, and CARB.
• Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse manufacturing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying operational bottlenecks and manufacturing data analysis.
• Experience supporting product and solution design with domain-specific insights.
• Background in complex discrete manufacturing environments.
