Description

You will manage the administration, maintenance, and ongoing support of shared cloud environments. Responsibilities include building, configuring, and implementing automation for cloud lifecycle and operational improvements. You will evaluate, optimize, and configure customer cloud environments for performance. Collaborate with architects and escalation teams to reproduce and resolve customer incidents. Support customers with DNS, IP, and firewall issues related to the cloud environment. Communicate progress, status, and root cause analysis directly to customers.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with mandatory Telecom Consulting expertise.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, and IAM.
• Proficiency in managing VPC migrations and configuring services to IT standards.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, policy management, security concepts, and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Expertise in designing and operating medium to large scale enterprise cloud infrastructure and data systems.
• Solid networking experience including troubleshooting DNS, IP, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX systems, OS administration, and database administration.
• Ability to use command line tools, scripting, and integration technologies for automation.
• Understanding of virtualization types, storage, and server design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, TOGAF, or PMP.
• Experience with AWS ECS, Docker, AWS SNS, and AWS RDS.
