You will manage complex corporate domain portfolios and maintain client relationships within the Client Services Organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage client domain portfolios, including account set-up, registrations, and transfers for gTLDs and ccTLDs.
- Perform manual domain verification, sensitivity screening, and real name verification (RNV) for domain contacts.
- Maintain customer information and handle reporting requirements.
- Execute needs-based upselling of products and services to existing clients.
- Travel domestically to client offices for business reviews and presentations.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or corporate account management.
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written).
- Experience managing large, complex corporate portfolios.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across global teams and departments.
- Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
