Description

You will manage complex corporate domain portfolios and maintain client relationships within the Client Services Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client domain portfolios, including account set-up, registrations, and transfers for gTLDs and ccTLDs.
  • Perform manual domain verification, sensitivity screening, and real name verification (RNV) for domain contacts.
  • Maintain customer information and handle reporting requirements.
  • Execute needs-based upselling of products and services to existing clients.
  • Travel domestically to client offices for business reviews and presentations.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or corporate account management.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written).
  • Experience managing large, complex corporate portfolios.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across global teams and departments.
  • Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
