Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all project lifecycle aspects for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop high-level and detailed project plans by working independently with clients and partners to define requirements.
• Manage project expectations and communicate progress to individuals across all organizational levels, including executive management.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate internal personnel and third-party partners.
• Coordinate with international clients, requiring schedule flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, technical support or services role.
• 4 years of experience in a customer-focused, non-technical support or services role.
• 1 year of experience in contract management, negotiation, accounting, and business management practices.
• Proven experience managing projects with both internal and external dependencies.
• Ability to translate technical processes into clear information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization, consultative, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• International business experience.
• Foreign language skills.
