Description

You will provide technical support and service for domain-related inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Resolve domain inquiries and registration issues for both ccTLDs and gTLDs.
• Manage domain abuse cases and validate customer documentation for accuracy.
• Escalate complex technical issues to SysAd or Dev teams and monitor progress.
• Perform data validation with registrants to ensure alignment with registry policies.
• Handle outbound follow-up calls and manage difficult customer interactions professionally.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Network Solutions or domain support workflows.
• Ability to maintain high feedback scores and meet ticket queue targets.
• Proven record of meeting performance and attendance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of different top-level domains and country code top-level domains (ccTLDs).
