Description

You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the domestic market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Write and publish technical job descriptions across IT job boards and social media.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical positions.
• Conduct interviews using structured methods, technical assessments, and behavioral questioning.
• Build and maintain a candidate CRM to ensure a continuous pipeline of updated talent.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a technical capacity.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency using remote interview tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Hangouts.
• Ability to understand and explain complex IT job requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
