You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles on-site in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for technical positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for IT talent.
• Coordinate with hiring teams to meet specific staffing requirements.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting.
• Proficiency in Full Life Cycle Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience using Job Boards, ATS, and HRIS tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources Management.
