You will manage full-cycle domestic IT recruitment for technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic IT requirements.
- Identify and source technical candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Manage permanent staffing pipelines to meet urgent hiring needs.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in Boolean searching techniques.
- Experience with permanent staffing models.
- Understanding of technical profiles, specifically Java.
- Degree holder (Any Graduate).
