Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic IT requirements.
• Identify and source technical candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Manage permanent staffing pipelines to meet urgent hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching techniques.
• Experience with permanent staffing models.
• Understanding of technical profiles, specifically Java.
• Degree holder (Any Graduate).
