You will manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment cycles for contract and contract-to-hire roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle domestic IT recruitment processes for technical roles.
• Source and vet candidates specifically for the domestic market.
• Manage contract-to-hire (C2H) and contract staffing requirements.
• Coordinate staffing workflows for contract-based engagements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proven expertise in Domestic Recruitment.
• Direct experience in IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience managing C2H (Contract-to-Hire) placements.
• Background in contract hiring and contract staffing.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
