You will manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes within the domestic market.

Responsibilities

• Source niche skillsets across various technical domains to meet hiring needs.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for specialized IT roles.
• Manage multiple recruitment priorities and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Execute successful placements by understanding specific technical role requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing niche skillsets such as MS Dynamics 365, ServiceNow Developer, .Net Core, AWS Admin, and Oracle DBA.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other major job boards.
• Strong networking and candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of various IT roles and technical requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
