Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT domestic staffing.
- Proven track record working on contract-to-hire requirements.
- Direct experience working with implementation partners.
- Deep understanding of implementation partner recruitment processes.
- Experience managing domestic technical talent pipelines.
- Any graduate degree.
