  • Navigate and follow specific hiring processes of implementation partners.
  • Source and vet candidates for domestic IT technical requirements.
  • Manage domestic technical talent pipelines.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT domestic staffing.
  • Proven track record working on contract-to-hire requirements.
  • Direct experience working with implementation partners.
  • Deep understanding of implementation partner recruitment processes.
  • Experience managing domestic technical talent pipelines.
  • Any graduate degree.
