Description

You will provide production support for .NET and SQL-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot .NET Windows and Web applications to resolve production issues.
• Maintain and support Windows services and ASP.NET web services.
• Document technical details and explain solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage data workflows using SSIS and SSRS programming.
• Resolve database-related issues across relational systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and C# or VB languages.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience troubleshooting ASP.NET web services and Windows services.
• Familiarity with Xamarin, Responsive UI, and front-end technologies.
• Competency with Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
