Description

Lead technical architecture and project delivery for complex IT systems using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for multiple IT projects.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Manage relational database structures within Oracle and SQL Server environments.
• Oversee development workflows, source control, and object-oriented programming practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development and IT.
• 2+ years of direct experience in software architecture.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong background in object-oriented development (OOP).
• Experience with N-Tier architectures.
• Proven experience as a project lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Experience with Unemployment Compensation (UC) systems such as CONNECT or uFACTS.
• Experience with development source control via TFS.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports.
• Experience with WSDL, SOAP, or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and general DevOps practices.
