Description

Provide application support for Loan Servicing, manage production on-call rotations, and execute regular development workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle on-call production support, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve incidents under pressure.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software following system standards and security requirements.
• Perform SQL updates, administrative configuration changes, and small programming changes.
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data sets to suggest and implement appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in Dot Net Core, Web API, and C#.
• Proficiency in SQL/400 and SQLRPGLE.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within an on-call roster.

Preferred Skills

• COBOL experience.
• Familiarity with RDi, Hawkeye, Surveyor/400, or xAnalysis.
