Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development.
• Monitor and control all phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user support.
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and provide evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
• Consult with users and clients on technical issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install customer exposure systems.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes for development teams.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and team members.
• Operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision making.
• Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members on technical matters.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made while demonstrating consideration for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
