Description

Application Development

• Design and develop full-stack application code and system architecture for City and Landlord portal platforms
• Perform coding and unit testing of all portal functionalities and workflows to ensure they meet functional requirements
• Build and maintain database specifications, including user access controls, permissions, and data security configurations

Data & Reporting

• Design and maintain SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements within Microsoft SQL Server to support data accessibility and multi-table reporting
• Generate complex, customized reports using Microsoft SSRS to track existing applications, pending claims, and key program metrics
• Develop and maintain nightly batch and ETL processes that generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from golden records to track new and ongoing requests

Documentation & Architecture

• Produce structured diagrams for database, communication, network infrastructure, and security program specifications
• Support golden record maintenance and landlord record management through well-documented system design
