Description

Lead a technical Scrum team to design, develop, and maintain full-stack IT solutions within the investment management domain.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level design, architecture, and technical direction for project deliverables.
• Code high-complexity modules and establish technical patterns and practices for the team.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to a team of 2-8 software developers.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to implement project plans and solution designs.
• Perform thorough design and code reviews while supporting deployments and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on coding.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET and SQL Server development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technology Lead or similar role in an Agile environment.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud-native development on Azure.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Experience across all layers of the stack: UI, middle-tier, and back end.
• Practical experience with release management using CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and TFS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Angular2+, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, KendoUI, or Tidal.
• Working knowledge of Git.
