Description

Lead the design and development of high-volume, cloud-native web applications using .NET and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Plan and manage agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering practices aligned with SDLC and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server (or comparable RDBMS).
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) and containerized services (e.g., EKS).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS, Semantic HTML, and Responsive Design.
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to build consensus and promote team autonomy across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with jQuery.
