You will lead a development team in building client-side solutions and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing client-side features and coaching junior developers on technical standards and guidelines.
• Drive solutions forward using your own initiative and an ownership mentality.
• Collaborate with other development teams and technology leaders on product development, best practices, and automation.
• Manage the full web development lifecycle within an Agile (SCRUM) environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in web development through the entire development lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of the .NET framework and C#.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, MVC, Web API, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Extensive experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
• Practical experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
• Experience managing automated builds and deployments.
• Proven ability to work within an enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in coaching and mentoring lower-level developers.
