Lead technical teams in developing database-driven web applications on-site in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the full lifecycle of database-driven application development projects.
• Coach and mentor developers on Microsoft technologies and object-oriented development techniques.
• Architect and develop 3-tiered logical and physical applications.
• Implement data privacy and protection initiatives within the application stack.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a technical team lead for database-driven projects.
• 3+ years of experience coaching and mentoring developers in Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of experience developing database-driven web applications.
• 3+ years of experience using object-oriented development techniques.
• 2+ years of experience developing database-driven applications in a Microsoft C# .NET environment.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Microsoft C# .NET and ASP.NET.
• Ability to work on-site in Tallahassee, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, automated unit testing, and agile development techniques.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and designing web layouts.
