Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of workflow-based applications for DOT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate application modules using .NET 4.8, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC5, and Razor.
• Manage SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, including T-SQL, stored procedures, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Build secure web applications utilizing RBAC and implement XML/JSON-based web services.
• Lead technical reviews, research technical solutions, and create SDLDC documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, and development teams throughout the SDLDC phases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, data handling, and implementation.
• 8 years of experience in object-oriented design and web/client-server environments.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, MVC, Microservices, HTML5, AJAX, WPF, jQuery, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
• 6+ years of RDBMS design using SQL Server 2014/2017/2019, SSIS, and data modeling (ERwin/ERStudio).
• Proficiency in T-SQL, Microsoft Excel, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control.
• Proficiency in UML, design tools, Bootstrap, and mobile/disconnected apps.
• Knowledge of online payment integration and BI/DSS.
• Microsoft Certified Professional or Azure/AWS Cloud Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ArcGIS, Mapbox, or Open Layers.
• Experience working in the government sector.
