Description

Lead a development team to design, build, and maintain web applications while acting as the primary interface between engineering and management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and unit test applications using Web API, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Lead the technical team and mentor developers to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Own the full SDLC process, including design, construction, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems, providing third-level support to business users.
• Manage project risks by providing mitigation strategies and tracking issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C#.Net, Web API, OOPs, and Entity Framework.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Linq.
• Strong proficiency in database management, including writing stored procedures and user-defined functions.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes from design through deployment.
• Proven ability to analyze existing code, debug, and implement performance optimizations.
• Experience performing unit testing to identify and fix defects prior to release.
• Ability to translate functional and technical specifications into working software.
• Any Graduate degree.
