Description

Develop and maintain software to meet insurance carrier and regulatory requirements. Own the full development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify software based on data processing requests and user specifications.
• Analyze user needs to assist in the design of technical specifications.
• Test and debug assigned projects while assisting team members with project testing.
• Investigate support staff escalations to perform necessary data and software corrections.
• Prepare technical documentation for new and existing software applications.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience in language development and business analytical tasks.
• Strong knowledge of language development and applications design.
• Proven ability to interpret user requirements and design business applications.
• Analytical and interpretive skills for problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Major in Information Systems or Computer Science.
