Description

Design and lead technical implementations for software solutions using the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define software structure, characteristics, and behavior to communicate technical designs to stakeholders.
• Establish features, development phases, and solution requirements to guide delivery.
• Translate C# concepts into code and recommend architectural improvements.
• Identify technical solutions to resolve existing business problems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET 10+, and Web API development using C#.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or MS Test.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ-to-SQL, and SQL Server development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and service communication via message queuing platforms like Service Bus.
• Experience implementing API integration patterns.
• Proficiency with version control and SDLC tools including Git, Azure DevOps, or VSTS/Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure architecture and SaaS services including Service Fabric, SQL on Azure, App Insights, App Services, and Function Apps.
• Knowledge of code review tools and techniques.
