Essential: .NET / .NET Core

Databases/Data Management:

Essential: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Preferred: NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB

Cloud Technologies:

Preferred: AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EKS, EC2) or equivalent cloud infrastructure

Frameworks & Libraries:

Essential: NET Core, REST API design

Preferred: Additional frontend libraries, microservices frameworks

Development Tools & Methodologies:

Essential: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Agile/Scrum

Preferred: Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring with Prometheus or CloudWatch

Security & Best Practices:

Awareness of secure coding principles, API security, and data privacy standards.

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years of proven full-stack development experience supporting enterprise applications.

Extensive experience in backend development with .NET / .NET Core

Demonstrated success working in Agile teams, delivering high-quality software solutions.

Industry experience in finance, e-commerce, or digital enterprise systems preferred; relevant experience in other industries acceptable.

Day-to-Day Activities

Develop and enhance backend APIs and services aligned with project requirements.

Build responsive web applications with React and Next.js.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.

Review code, optimize performance, and address technical debt.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.

Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality standards.

Document application architecture, implementation details, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on .NET, Node.js, and React.

Proven ability to deliver scalable web applications in an enterprise environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
