Description

You will act as a hybrid programmer and analyst, handling both the technical development of web applications and the gathering of business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and document software code using approved architecture and security standards.
• Gather and document clear, testable business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Create functional and technical designs, including system specifications and data element models.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, and security teams to develop system security plans.
• Maintain the project backlog within Agile methodologies and monitor scope to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
• Experience with MVC architecture and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of data access and manipulation, including queries, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.
• Proven ability to develop secure applications and system security plans.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, suites, and cases.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile or traditional project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ADO test plans.
