Description

You will lead the development and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on .NET, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure projects. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. You will continuously evaluate current Microsoft practices and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality. You will participate in project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and project delivery for Microsoft-based solutions, including cloud deployments on Azure.
• Mentor team members on .NET, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure best practices.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and effective software solutions.
• Evaluate existing Microsoft practices and implement improvements for delivery efficiency.
• Manage project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• At least 2 years of focused experience in architecture and project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core or Framework) and ASP.NET.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI).
• Proficient in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or related data storage solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, and Storage.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Knowledge of security protocols, including identity management, OAuth, and SSL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend integration.
• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise solutions.
