Lead a team of developers building and maintaining enterprise-grade .NET applications while owning architectural decisions and release quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers.
• Participate in architectural discussions and define technical solutions.
• Enforce coding standards through regular code reviews and best practices.
• Coordinate technical requirements with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Design, develop, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with SQL Server DB and writing complex SQL queries.
• Proven experience leading a group of developers.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest.
• Experience performing API testing using Postman or Swagger.
