You will develop, maintain, and analyze .NET applications to solve business problems and drive process reengineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to formulate software solutions.
• Drive business process reengineering and identify technology applications.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Prepare solution options including risk identification and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI).

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET development.
• Experience with business process mapping and reengineering.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate business systems.
• Skills in identifying new applications of technology to solve business problems.
• Experience with financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build decisions.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
