Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Build and enhance backend services using C#.NET, VB.NET, and .NET Framework, including reusable components and libraries.
• Develop and support REST APIs and enterprise integrations using JSON, XML, and Web Services; troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.
• Optimize SQL Server database objects (queries, stored procedures, views) and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Lead production support activities (Level 3/4), including incident management, RCA, problem management, change/release coordination, and SLA adherence.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development and enterprise application support; leadership experience in production environments.
• ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C# / C#.NET, VB.NET, and .NET Framework for full stack development and service delivery.
• REST API development and integration support using JSON, XML, and Web Services, including API security and authentication.
• SQL Server query optimization, stored procedures, database performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Production support leadership including incident management, RCA, problem management, change management, and ITIL process adherence.

Good to Have:

• Azure services and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• ITIL certification and/or Microsoft .NET/Azure certifications.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
