You will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the web portal, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs supporting web portal functionality.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases, including writing and maintaining stored procedures and queries.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend components and integrations.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to align on data contracts and system architecture.
• Monitor, debug, and support backend systems, implementing necessary improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET (versions 7 and 8).
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong SQL database management skills.
