Description

You will lead the architectural design, development, and modernization of .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized cloud architectures using Azure App Services, Functions, SQL Database, and AKS.
• Develop and promote microservices-based solutions, ensuring modularity, reusability, and maintainability.
• Oversee RESTful API design, implement best practices for performance, security, and caching, and enforce coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, conducting code reviews and fostering continuous improvement.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and maintain high-level and low-level documentation.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• 5+ years of experience in unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services including AKS, App Services, Functions, and Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of Software Design Principles, Design Patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, and Bootstrap.
• Proven track record of leading architectural decisions and guiding cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React for frontend integration.
• Background in application modernization and legacy transformation projects.
