Lead technical direction and execution for full-stack development solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for the development team and stakeholders.
• Lead solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering team development and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring code quality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET (4.x / 5+) and C#.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC or Web API.
• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, or React, along with HTML/CSS.
• Strong database skills with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and layered/microservices architecture.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using xUnit or MSTest.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and security protocols (OAuth2/OpenID Connect).

Preferred Skills

• Capability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in agile ceremonies.
