Description

Lead the technical direction and delivery of .NET applications while managing a team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop software applications, contributing to architecture evolution and standards definition.
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions and provide accurate development timelines.
• Lead the .NET team in all technical deliverables, ongoing maintenance, and process alignment.
• Interact with clients and SMEs to map technical requirements to scalable, modular solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of .NET applications.
• Expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework/Core and SQL.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and architectural patterns including MVC, Microservices, or SOA.
• Experience with cloud deployment and management in Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Redis Cache.
• Practical knowledge of software security principles, including secure coding and authentication/authorization.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Experience suggesting optimal development environments based on specific client requirements.
