Description

You will audit Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) data to ensure coding accuracy and compliance across assigned processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed DRG auditing tasks to validate medical coding accuracy.
• Maintain high accuracy standards in all assigned auditing workflows.
• Complete assigned auditing tasks within the designated job tenure.
• Review records to ensure adherence to auditing protocols.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an Auditor in a healthcare or medical coding context.
• Strong understanding of DRG classification and auditing principles.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy over a 1-year job tenure.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS).
• Background in healthcare compliance or revenue cycle management.
