You will own the sustaining application and environment support for DRM systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform builds and configurations of application environments and create associated process documentation.
• Develop and document internal procedures for operational support of applications and environments.
• Monitor system performance, manage resource planning, and implement performance improvement activities.
• Provide end-user application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.
• Engage with internal and external organizations to resolve application or infrastructure hardware and software issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with AIX, Linux, and Windows systems in both user and administrator capacities.
• 2+ years of experience with IBM DataCap and Vignette Image Capture.
• 2+ years of experience with IBM FileNet and Vignette IDM.
• Proficiency in shell scripting or other programming languages.
• Working knowledge of DB2, MSSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with NFS, NAS, and SSL technologies.
• Working knowledge of IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ.
• Understanding of application lifecycle and code migration processes.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Tivoli, and office productivity tools.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced technical and business writing skills for documentation and presentations.
