Description

You will design, develop, and implement business rules using Drools and Drools Rule Language (DRL) within Red Hat Decision Manager and IBM ODM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop decision services, including rule flows, BOMs, XOMs, and decision tables.
• Migrate and develop microservices using Spring Boot deployed on AWS via Red Hat OpenShift Services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rules projects.
• Integrate Drools solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate complex requirements into technical rule solutions and conduct unit testing using JUnit.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in rule engine development.
• Proficiency with Drools and Drools Rule Language (DRL).
• Experience with Red Hat Decision Manager and IBM ODM/JRules.
• Hands-on development using Spring Boot for microservices.
• Experience with AWS and Red Hat OpenShift Services.
• Proficiency in JUnit for unit testing.
• Knowledge of rule execution server, rule team server, decision server, and decision center.
• Experience managing the full software development life cycle using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
