You will design, develop, and implement business rules and processes using BRMS tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business rules and processes to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain rule engines and business process models.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for business rules, processes, and system configurations.
• Ensure documentation is clear and accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Business Rules Management System (BRMS) tools such as JBOSS BRMS, Drools, or ODM.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Drools.
• 1+ years of experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming or scripting.
• Experience with business process modelling and rule engine development.
• Degree in any graduate field.
