Description

Required Qualifications

•             8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Digital Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.

•             5+ years of experience working with Drupal CMS platforms.

•             Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, content modeling, workflows, and governance.

•             Experience leading enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiatives.

•             Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and functional documentation.

•             Experience in CMS modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

•             Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

•             Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

•             Experience with Drupal 9/10/11 implementations.

•             Knowledge of Headless Drupal, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

•             Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and personalization strategies.

•             Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Acquia, or other CMS platforms.

•             Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

•             Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture.

•             UX/CX strategy and customer journey mapping expertise.
