Lead Drupal CMS initiatives, bridging business needs with technical architecture across enterprise digital experience platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation for Drupal projects.
• Drive CMS modernization, migration, and digital transformation strategies.
• Define content modeling, workflows, and governance structures within Drupal architecture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or Digital Consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal CMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of Drupal architecture, content modeling, and governance.
• Experience leading enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiatives.
• Proficiency in REST APIs and GraphQL for headless implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with alternative CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Acquia.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Drupal 9/10/11 implementations and Headless Drupal patterns.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-led integration patterns.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing analytics, and personalization strategies.
