Description

Build and maintain a new Drupal 8 platform while migrating existing sites from Drupal 7.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for marketing sites built on Drupal 8.
• Integrate Drupal 8 sites with Acquia products including Lift, DAM, and Content Hub.
• Develop interactive page components and features using JavaScript.
• Perform site audits, maintenance, and production support for Drupal 8 sites.
• Identify and fix security findings within the code.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience building Drupal sites.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with custom Module Development in Drupal 8.
• Proficiency in Drupal 8 site building, theming, and module development.
• Experience with migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Gulp, and SASS.
• Solid understanding of the Linux operating system and command-line navigation.
• Proficiency with GIT and GITFlow methodology.
• Basic understanding of WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Acquia Cloud Enterprise, Lift, Pipelines, or DAM.
• Contributions to the Drupal community or an active Drupal.org profile.
