Lead technical efforts for website platform implementation, maintenance, and intranet solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage developer and support team efforts regarding platform implementation and maintenance.
• Oversee Drupal maintenance on Acquia to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Integrate Drupal sites with external platforms and key applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain web service stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the DevEx team on DevOps processes and practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in web development and intranet implementation.
• Expertise in cloud-hosted Drupal, including module development and integrations.
• Hands-on development experience with PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of API development and integration best practices.
• Understanding of UX and accessibility standards.
• Experience with AI search.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Ability to assess IT product needs and design technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CMS platforms including SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager.
