Description

You will build front-end solutions and user-centered designs within the Drupal CMS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build modern, interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Convert PSD compositions into pixel-perfect, semantic HTML and modular CSS markup.
• Create user-centered designs through effective information architecture and wireframing.
• Test and troubleshoot code to ensure error-free, high-quality results across different browsers.
• Collaborate with project managers and Drupal Architects to complete project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Photoshop for design-to-code workflows.
• Working knowledge of jQuery.
• Experience with UI frameworks and open-source tools.
• Ability to write clean, semantic, and valid markup.
• Basic working knowledge of Git version control.
• Strong attention to detail for pixel-perfect page construction.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 508/Accessibility guidelines.
• Experience with progressive enhancement techniques.
• Familiarity with jQuery plugins such as Fancybox, Cycle, or ScrollTo.
