Description

You will build and maintain customer-facing websites using Drupal 9, owning the full lifecycle from development to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable modules, components, templates, and libraries for Drupal 9.
• Support the migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Own code commits, reviews, and solutions from development through production.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps in an Agile team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Drupal in consumer-facing applications.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Drupal 8/9.
• Strong expertise in custom module and plugin development using configuration management, entities, and dependency injection.
• Proficiency with Twig templates, the render pipeline, and the cache API.
• Advanced PHP skills with knowledge of OOP best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, AJAX, and JSON.
• Experience with MySQL and the Drupal DB API, including writing efficient queries.
• Experience with test-driven development using PHPUnit and Behat.
• Experience with Drush, Symfony, Composer, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD via Jenkins.
• Front-end development using CSS3, ES6, NPM, webpack, React, or Redux.
• Experience building component-based themes with PatternLab or Emulsify.
